Connie is married to a retired deputy sheriff who has served for 34 years in law enforcement. She has been apart of the DD community for 28 years because of her adult son who has mental disabilities and a seizure disorder.
Connie is retired from the Hoover Company after 30 years of service. She is currently working part-time for the County Treasurer’s office. Connie is active with the ARC of Stark and ARC of Ohio. She services as a board member and serves on the governor affair’s committee as a co-chair for both the Stark and Ohio ARC.
Connie also is involved with Family Resource Services (FRS) and Guardian Support Services (GSS). In 2004 till 2006 Connie was a certified Parent Advocate for Stark DD.
