Randy has worked with offenders with developmental disabilities as a psychologist and counselor for 15 years. He has given numerous presentations on sexual offenders and ways to meet the treatment needs of this population from a state and national level. As a member of Partners In Justice he has been very instrumental in building strong treatment teams across agencies to lower risk to the community.
