Awards: Ohio
Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC) awarded the Cliff
Skeen Award for "Excellence in Community Corrections" to the Cuyahoga
County Jail Population Reduction Grant Program. The Mentally Retarded
Offender Program was one of four units honored under the Jail
Population Reduction Grant. Awarded June 13th, 1997 The Cuyahoga
County Commissioner's, Jane Cambell, Tim McCormick and Jimmy DiMora
along with the Center for Developmental Disabilities (CDD) honored the
Offenders with Developmental Disabilities (ODD) collaborative with the
"Distinguished Service Award" presented September 15, 1999

Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities 1996 to Present Forensic
Coordinator/Specialist ODD Program, directly responsible for
identifying and coordinating support to individuals who are offenders
with developmental disabilities to ensure
their right to access all of necessary and appropriate services and
opportunities, advocate for their welfare, and prevent abuse, neglect
and exploitation.
Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities 1991 to 1996 Adult
Case Manager, directly responsible for identifying and coordinating
support to individuals who have developmental
disabilities to ensure their right to access all of necessary and
appropriate services and opportunities, advocate for their welfare, and
prevent abuse, neglect and exploitation.
Cuyahoga County Department of Human Services 1988 to 1991 Social
Worker 3, Family and Adult Services, responsible for providing
assessments, recommendations of counseling services, maintaining case
load including protective services, foster care placement, adoption,
neglect and family and adult services, transportation of clients,
referrals, defining and implementing individual treatment goals and
plans and attending court appearance to testify on behalf of the
children.

and other materials, expediting deliveries, implementing and
