Vicki L. Jenkins is Associate General Counsel with Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. Her responsibilities include advising the Department on issues related to the involuntary civil commitment of individuals with mental retardation and on offenders with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities.
Prior to joining the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, Ms. Jenkins was an assistant prosecuting attorney for Franklin County where she tried felony cases including, capital cases, rape cases and drug cases.
Ms. Jenkins is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
