As Special Populations Coordinator with Advocacy and Protective Services, Inc. (APSI), Cindy worked as a resource to help our Reps. work more effectively with those more challenging individuals who are dually diagnosed (DD and MH) and who are involved in the criminal justice system. Her work with PIJ is right in line with ensuring that services for our DD individuals do not get overlooked. With over 4100 individuals all over the state, we play a crucial role as guardians in this process.
